What if guests didn’t need to ask where everything is?
One of my favorite features in RYNTO is the Guest Portal.
The idea is simple: when a guest arrives at a property, they shouldn’t have to search through emails, old messages or WhatsApp chats just to find basic information.
Instead, they get one simple mobile-friendly page with everything they need for their stay:
Check-in and access information
Wi-Fi details
Property information and house rules
Nearby cafés, restaurants and useful places
Local recommendations
Available services
Service and maintenance requests
Important and emergency contacts
Everything is connected to the guest’s actual stay and available from one screen — no app installation required.
I think this becomes especially useful for international guests. When you arrive in a new city or country, even simple questions like “Where should I have breakfast tomorrow?”, “How do I connect to Wi-Fi?” or “Who do I contact if something isn’t working?” can create unnecessary friction.
For the property manager, it also means fewer repetitive messages and a more consistent guest experience across every property.
And this is where I want to take it further: the Guest Portal shouldn’t just be a digital instruction manual. Eventually, it can become the service layer around the entire stay — from requesting cleaning or a transfer to discovering and booking local services and experiences.
One link. One screen. Everything around the stay.
What would you want to see in a Guest Portal when arriving at a property in a new country?
