Last conversation was me trying to understand why my weight had stalled despite tracking everything. AI helped me spot a few patterns.
@karishma_yadav3 I’ve noticed that a lot of people use AI for weight loss and meal planning. I guess it can be pretty useful?
If you don’t mind sharing, what patterns did it help you spot?
Interesting POV, the launch prep bit caught my eye. I tend to ask agents to turn the launch checklist into a few concrete decisions, otherwise it feels productive but nobody knows what changed. Did it help you decide what to cut?
