If Slack disappeared tomorrow, what would you miss most?

While building RunEvr, we created different modules for creative teams - Materials, Tasks, Boards, Forums, Reviews, and more.

One part we’re especially curious about is team communication 💬

Our Forum module is designed around project-based conversations, and naturally users often compare it with Slack.

Slack feels a bit like a toxic relationship. You complain about it constatnly but somehow never actuall leave, because everyone else is already using it :\

Actually, we refused to use Slack internally a few years ago.

We started experimenting with almost every possible and impossible 😄 way of communicating.

Over time, we collected the best parts of each experience, removed the things that didn’t work for us, and that process eventually became the forum chat inside RunEvr.

I often use Slack for quick collaboration but context disappears over time. Keeping discussions attached projects would make future handovers much easier for growing teams.

Exactly. This was one of the main problems we experienced too.

I rely on message history every day because forgotten decisions create repeated work. Will your Forum connect conversations with tasks and reviews so every update stay onnected o the project?

Yes, the Forum already works this way. It was tested in our animation production pipeline, where every project, production stage, and task has its own filtered conversations connected to the work.
