Rudder - A TUI for managing all your coding agents

Rudder is a TUI for managing coding agents. Run Claude Code, Codex and opencode side by side, each in its own isolated jj workspace. • See which agent needs you and approve prompts • Steer any agent mid-turn, go full screen with ⌥h • /plan a goal into a DAG, /gam a builder with a reviewer • Run the whole dashboard in Rudder Cloud • Merge with one key npm i -g /rudder GitHub: github.com/viraatdas/rudder Free and open source (MIT)

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Viraat, and I built Rudder. If you run more than one coding agent at a time, you know the mess: a terminal tab per agent, one of them quietly stuck on a permission prompt, two of them editing the same file, and a merge at the end that nobody owns. Rudder is a TUI for managing all of them. - Every agent in one place. Start Claude Code, Codex or opencode from a single task bar. Each one runs as the real CLI in its own pane, so slash commands and your existing login just work. - Isolation by default. jj workspaces (basically git worktrees) are created and managed by default - Easily run agent from your main branch - /plan turns a goal into a DAG of tasks and runs them as a fleet. good for breaking down large tasks and getting agents to work on them concurrently - /gam pairs a builder with a read-only reviewer from a different model that can push back, steer it, or stop it. - A LOT MORE! Try it: npm i -g /rudder It uses the Claude Code and Codex logins you already have, so there are no extra API keys. Free and MIT licensed. I'd love to hear what breaks when you push it past four or five agents at once, and which agent CLI you want supported next.
