RoutineOS is the AI agent that quietly runs your daily life logistics. It reads your calendar, tracks household supplies, books recurring appointments, and sends one 60-second morning briefing. You wake up — everything's handled.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Fidele. I build AI products on 5-10 hrs/week as a side stack. RoutineOS is the second one shipping — and the first one charging $29/mo. I'd rather be honest about what this is than oversell, so here goes.
The problem I built it for:
Every Sunday I'd watch my wife (a hairstylist) spend an hour reordering color, checking when she last saw the dentist, refilling supplements that ran out mid-week. Same micro-decisions on repeat. Same mental tax. No app actually handled it — they all wanted to BE the new thing in her life. She didn't need another app. She needed less.
What RoutineOS does:
1. Reads your Google Calendar (12 months back) and detects when recurring appointments are overdue — "dentist last seen 8 months ago, your cadence is 6"
2. Tracks household supplies you tell it about — set a low-stock threshold, get pinged with one-click Amazon/Instacart reorder links the moment you drop below
3. Sends ONE 60-second daily briefing every morning at 7am — overdue stuff, low-stock, today's calendar gaps. That's it.
4. Local dashboard if you want to override or peek at what's tracked
What it explicitly does NOT do:
- Doesn't replace your doctor or therapist
- Doesn't manage finances
- Doesn't act as a general chatbot — runs in the background, emails you once a day
Stack: Flask + APScheduler + Google Calendar API + Supabase + Stripe + Resend. Hosted on Railway. Solo built.
The honest part on traction:
This is launch day on PH. Pricing went live last week and Stripe is wired (I ran a real $29 charge + refund to prove the rails). Zero paying users today — you'd be the first. That's the whole point of being here. If you've ever lost an hour to "wait, when did I last go to the dentist" — I want to know if this is the answer or if it's missing something.
Pricing:
- Personal: $29/mo
- Family ($49) + Business ($149) tiers ship next week
- PH promo: code PHLAUNCH = 30 days free (200 redemptions cap, expires 5/26)
My ask:
Vote if it resonates. Try it (PHLAUNCH = free). Most important — tell me where this would break for your week. I'll be in this thread until midnight. The honest feedback from PH day-1 is more valuable than the upvotes.

Quick add: most-asked question from the X thread overnight was "how is this different from Motion / Reclaim?"
Short answer: those tools live in YOUR UI — you manage them. RoutineOS is opposite — you tell it once, it emails you one digest a day. Background ops vs. yet-another-app.
What's the one micro-decision that eats your week?

Honest ask to anyone here this morning — What's the most annoying micro-decision your week eats? (dentist? haircut? supplies? reorders? something else?) Drop it below and I'll show you in 2 lines exactly how RoutineOS would handle it... — Fidele
