Rook - No account. No cloud. AES-256 encrypted. Free.

Most password managers want your email, your trust, and a monthly fee before you've saved a single password. Rook doesn't. No account, no server, no subscription required for the full vault experience. Everything is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM and Argon2id. AutoFill, passkeys, TOTP codes, breach checking, iCloud sync — all free. Pro adds SSH keys, health insights, and audit logs for $9.99/year. Available now on iPhone. rookpass.com

Hey PH! 👋 I built Rook because I got tired of every password manager requiring an account and trusting some company's server with my credentials. Rook stores everything locally, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. No account, no login, nothing leaves your device unless you opt into iCloud sync (which is also encrypted before upload). The full vault experience — unlimited entries, AutoFill, passkeys, TOTP authenticator, import from 1Password/Bitwarden/KeePass — is completely free. Pro is $9.99/year and adds power-user features on top. Happy to answer anything about how it works technically or why I made certain design decisions. AMA!
