I've run Rooftops AI as a small SaaS for roofing contractors for a while. The thing I kept hearing: getting from "new lead" to "estimate in the customer's hands" is slow and fragmented. You order a measurement report, wait for it, drop the numbers into a spreadsheet, price it line by line, then build a proposal in a separate tool. Hours of work, and the fastest contractor to a quote usually wins the job. So we rebuilt Rooftops as an agent. You give it an address. It measures the roof from aerial imagery, applies your own pricing and waste factors, builds the line-item estimate, and produces a branded proposal you can send. The contractor stays in control of the numbers. The agent removes the busywork between them. What's different from EagleView, Hover, or Roofr: those hand you a measurement that you wait hours for and pay a large premium and you still do the rest. Rooftops does the whole loop, measurement to priced proposal, in one pass. We knew this could be so much more efficient with AI. That's why we build Rooftops.
