I built the mission alarm I wanted without another subscription

by

I’ve always loved the idea of a mission alarm clock. Something that makes me prove I’m awake instead of letting me turn off an alarm and fall back asleep. But I didn’t want another subscription. I kept wondering if I could build the alarm I wanted myself. That question became my inspiration for RiseProof.

Now I use RiseProof every day. It helps me actually get out of bed, stay accountable, and start the day when I intended to. Instead of silencing the alarm with one sleepy tap, I have to complete a mission first. For those days that I just jump back into bed the Wake Check feature gets me going.

I wanted to make it available to other people with the same problem without turning their alarm clock into another recurring bill. RiseProof is free to try, and the complete app is a one-time $19.99 purchase. No subscription.

I’d love to hear from other mission alarm users:

  • What actually gets you out of bed?

  • Which mission would work best for you?

  • Have you stopped using an alarm app because of its subscription?

  • What makes a mission challenging enough to work without becoming unbearable every morning?

I’m genuinely interested in what has and has not worked for other heavy sleepers.
