Riley - Your pet's health, finally in one place.

Hey👋 I’m Luke, founder of Riley. I started Riley because, as a pet owner myself, I couldn’t understand why looking after a member of your family still felt so fragmented. Riley is also the name of my Goldendoodle. Medical records sit with different vets. Health information is scattered. Vet notes and bills can be difficult to understand. Insurance lives somewhere else, and when something happens at 2am, most owners end up searching Google or asking generic AI that knows nothing about their pet. We built Riley to change that. Riley gives every pet a lifelong, portable health record and gives their owner one place to understand, manage and advocate for their health. It brings together personalised 24/7 health support, medical records, veterinary information, independent second opinions, insurance claims and appeals - all built around the individual pet. The part I’m most excited about is that Riley gets more useful as it gets to know your pet. Their history, medications, previous conditions and records can all provide context when you need support. October 15th we are launching Riley Recommends, our curated marketplace of pet brands across wellness and health. Right now, you are bombarded with Google options when searching for any product, our marketplace puts all brands that we would recommend to our own pets in one place.
