Riidact - Catch secrets and PII before they leave your device.

by
Riidact reads what you're about to send, wherever you type it, and looks inside the files you attach, holding back the things you'd regret sending: a live API key, a customer's phone number, the deck marked confidential, the spreadsheet you dragged in. All of it is checked right on your own device, never on a server, so nothing you type leaves your machine and we never see a word of it which is what keeps it fast, private, and secure.

Quick intro for anyone new here: Riidact is a browser extension that checks what you type, paste, and attach into AI chats before any of it leaves your machine. All of the detection runs locally on your own device, so nothing gets sent off somewhere to be scanned. It pairs fast pattern checks for things like API keys and credentials with small on-device models that pick up names, personal details, and confidential material, and it can even read text out of screenshots and files using on-device OCR. If something risky is about to go out, you can redact it in a click or clear it all before you send. Which is really what I would love to talk about here: as more of our work runs through AI tools, how do we actually keep sensitive and private data from slipping out? What are you doing today to protect it, and what would you genuinely trust to catch it for you? It is free to start at riidact.com, and I will be in the replies.
