What is the most chaotic, broken daily workflow you are currently dealing with?

For me, it was managing AI tasks. I was running 3-4 automated prompts on Gemini, passing data to Claude to study, and trying to remember the exact prompt parameters for the next day. I kept losing my notes and missing the days I was supposed to repeat the tasks.
