Which is why we set out to solve it…spoiler alert ahead. We did! For years we served as CROs, CMOs, VPs of Sales and Marketing. The leadership, board, and founders were always riding us to hit the next growth marker. But the resources at our disposal made it tough. Budget too aggressively spent on tech or overpaying for talent and we would never have the resources we needed to hit our goals. You know the story. You feel it too. As a 3x founder, I had a really hard time transitioning from founder-led sales to getting a sales leader in the door who could do it as well as me. Even 70% as well would have thrilled me. It never happened. I would continually invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into bringing in the right CRO. Only to set them up for failure. I learned that was on me, and I learned it the hard way over and over. Which is why we set out to create this system. And we did!
