Hey everyone! I’m excited to share RetroCycle — a real-time retrospective tool I built to make team retros actually useful. I’ve been in too many retros where everything sounds good in the moment… but nothing really happens after. Notes get lost, action items disappear, and next retro feels the same. So I built RetroCycle to fix that. It guides the whole process: collect feedback, vote on what matters, discuss together, and leave with clear action items.
