@aleksandra_vovchenko Hi! Thank you for the question :) Retrics differentiate itself from other competitors through flexibility and its candidate fit algorithm. A recruiter can use games to assess the psychological profile of the job candidate but he can also make his own custom assessments. Moreover, Retrics lets the recruiter pick his ideal candidate persona for each job opening and with time, gives feedback and suggestions thanks to its AI algorithm.
