Retention Analyzer - Find where your YouTube videos lose viewers — and why

by
Your retention graph shows where viewers left. Retention Analyzer explains why. Connect your channel and it reads your real retention curve against what you were saying at each drop, then turns it into concrete fixes — alternative hooks,cold-open candidates, story beats, pacing and structure reads,a rewritten weakest section, and a prioritized edit plan. Analyze any public video,or check a script before you publish. It always labels what's measured from real data vs predicted — no faked numbers.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm ARUDHA, the maker. I built Retention Analyzer around a question I kept coming back to: YouTube shows you where viewers leave — but what actually made them leave at that moment? The curve alone can't tell you what was being said there. So Retention Analyzer connects the retention data with the transcript and content structure, and turns those moments into specific findings and concrete edits. It can spot cliffs vs. slow bleeds, replay hotspots, open loops, pacing problems, curiosity gaps, story beats, jargon, weak stretches, alternative hooks and more — and instead of stopping at "here's the problem," it gives you a specific fix, including a rewritten version of your weakest section. There's also a pre-publish mode for scripts, so you can catch retention risks before the video exists. One rule I built the whole thing around: real data is labelled real, predictions are labelled predictions, and I never dress one up as the other. On a video you don't own there's no retention data to have — so instead of faking a curve, it reads the content and predicts where it likely loses people, and says that's what it is. It works in 8 languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam. I'm launching to get honest feedback from creators: does the analysis match what you see in your own videos? What would you want it to catch that it doesn't yet? Try it and tell me where we're right — and where we're wrong. 🙏 One real finding is free, no signup 👉
