How do you track a program you wrote yourself?
My son and I built REPSBASE together, writing it with AI coding tools. Every workout app we tried wanted to coach us, and we don't want a coach. We write our own programs: A/B weeks, our own sessions, our own progression. We just wanted one calm place to plan them and log every set.
What it does today:
Plan weeks, sessions, exercises and sets, with optional A/B weeks
Your session opens with the targets filled in, and you log each set with one tap
A new personal record shows up the moment you log the set
For every lift you see the first and latest set side by side
Read-only connector for Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask them about your training log
There's no feed, no streaks and no coaching.
If you write your own training, what does your setup look like? A spreadsheet, a notes app, paper? We're trying to figure out what to build next, and we'd like to hear what annoys you most about it.
