I had enough of malware, fake and mediocre artificial stars pumped repos. This project follows a simple philosophy: A repo with 10k stars in 30 days is infinitely more disruptive and interesting than one with 100k stars accumulated over 2 years. The aggregator has been running for about 3 days. There might be some tweaking to the logic to allow more repositories to be added to the list. It will depend on the quality of the data it aggregates daily. In these types of projects, changes are applied while the app is running; there isn't a final initial setup.
