One week after launching Replix AI onto the Shopify app store... here's what I've learned.

A week ago, I launched Replix AI on the Shopify App Store after months of building it solo.

A few things have surprised me:

• Getting installs is harder than I expected.

• Building trust is even harder.

• Every piece of user feedback has made the product better.

• The first install feels just as exciting as the tenth.

I'm enjoying every step of the journey, and it's motivating me to keep improving the product every day.
