¡Hola! Probé la plataforma porque la encontré en LinkedIn pero tengo algunos comentarios. Intento crear mi campaña y aparece justo después un mensaje que dice "Meta analizará tu mensaje" y siempre este mensaje ha sido rechazado. No pude avanzar, cambié el mensaje varias veces y no supe cómo escribirlo correctamente para que fuera aprobado. ¿Cuáles son los lineamientos que debe seguir mi mensaje para que lo aprueben? Me imagino que por esa razón no puedo enviar el mensaje de prueba tampoco. Otra cosa que noté es que podría estar cool una forma de anexar contactos desde un archivo y no desde copiar y pegar. ¿Cuál es el limite de contactos que puede añadirse a una campaña? No lo noté, no sé si se mencione desde algún punto. ¿Cómo podría avanzar y resolver estos puntos que les menciono? El problema más grande es la aprobación del mensaje. Estoy en México entonces no sé si eso sea parte del problema :) ¡Saludos!

@_jesus_carlos ¡Hola Jesús! Muchas gracias por haber probado ReOptimize, así como por tu feedback. Tu comentario nos sirve mucho, vamos a mejorar esa parte para dar más información al usuario para los lineamientos en la creación de un mensaje y que sea aprobado por Meta, generalmente, no los aprueban si se usan ciertas palabras que sean consideradas como spam, y si, esa fue la razón por la que no te dejó enviar la campaña. ¿Puedes probar con otro mensaje y me cuentas? Respecto a lo segundo, gracias por esa idea, por ahora nuestro limite de la audiencia de la campaña es de más de 100 números de WhatsApp, vamos a tratar de agregar eso tambien en la interfaz, asimismo, muchas gracias por esa idea de agregarlos dese un archivo, ¿Con cual archivo podria ser? ¿De excel? Prueba crear una campaña nuevamente, te ayudo con un posible mensaje que ya probé que funciona y es aprobado. "Hola {{.contact_name}}! Hoy martes tenemos un presente muy especial para ti por estar suscrito a nuestro newsletter! ¿Quieres saber de que se trata?" Quedo atento Jesús, muchas gracias!
