This looks great, especially for companies in places that may not have a large talent pool. My question is how do you verify the talent against the skillset that they claim to have? For example, if I'm after a Swift developer, is there a way I can see what tests specific to Swift you've given the talent for me to have confidence that they'll be suitable?

This is great, it will make it much easier for company owners to search for talents, but there must also be confirmation that these talents deserve to work in the company and that their talents are not just a pretense. If there is proof of that, it will be more than wonderful.
