ReleaseReady Update: Better Workspaces, Project Visibility & Test Run Insights

I’ve been working on a new set of improvements for ReleaseReady, focused on making it easier to manage QA automation as the number of projects grows.

Here’s what’s new:

🏢 Workspaces
Projects can now be organized inside workspaces, creating a cleaner structure for teams managing multiple applications or testing environments.

📂 Improved Project Management UI
The project experience has been redesigned to make navigating multiple projects much easier. The goal is to avoid turning the dashboard into an endless collection of project cards as your test suite grows.

📊 Quick Metrics
You can now get a faster overview of what’s happening across your projects without opening every execution individually.

🏃 Previous Run Status
Each project can surface information about its latest execution, making it immediately clear whether the previous run:

✅ Passed
❌ Failed
⚠️ Had issues

🔎 Execution Preview
As a tester, I wanted to be able to understand the state of a project before digging into the execution details. The new experience provides more context about the previous run directly from the project view.

The idea behind these changes is simple:

ReleaseReady shouldn’t just trigger automated tests. It should help you quickly understand whether your application is actually ready to release.

I’m continuing to build ReleaseReady around real QA automation workflows, especially Playwright-based projects, CI/CD integrations, and teams that want a simpler way to orchestrate and understand their test executions.
