Aha!, Productboard, Canny, UserVoice… different tools, same problem: public feature voting is broken.
It sounds simple: let users vote, then build what they want.
In reality, public voting doesn't create transparency.
It creates bias at scale.
The goal is to create an engaged community.
Instead customers grow more and more frustrated.
And your product team... busy fighting fires.
