Upload a portrait. Refine finds your facial landmarks in the browser, has an AI advisor note where a product could visibly help, and pins one well-reviewed skincare or makeup pick to each spot. Nothing is retouched and nothing is stored.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Yevhen, and I built Refine because every “AI beauty” app I tried did one of two things: retouched my face into someone else's, or gave me a wall of generic skincare advice. Refine does neither. You upload a portrait and get it back annotated: thin lines run from specific spots on your face to one product each, so the advice is literally pinned to where it applies. How it works under the hood: • Your browser resizes the photo and runs MediaPipe Face Landmarker locally to find 478 landmarks. That step never leaves your device. • One request goes to a vision model, which returns 3 to 6 zones with a short observation and a goal for each. It judges only what is visible on the surface. Never age, weight, ethnicity or attractiveness. • The server maps each zone to a curated catalog of widely available products and draws the connectors. Two things I care about a lot: 1. Your photo is processed in memory for one request and discarded. Nothing is written to disk or logged. 2. It is not medical advice. Refine comments on cosmetic surface features only.
