We first launched Dover in 2019 with a product focused on helping companies find great candidates. Over the past few years, we've been fortunate to work with 200+ incredible companies. Since GPT-3 came out, we've experimenting with using it across our stack. A fun use case is pushing the limits of recruiting email personalization. As anyone who has done recruiting will tell you -- one of the most challenging parts of recruiting is writing good cold outreach.
