I built RealtyPass after spending years in real estate and software watching agents lose time, money, and opportunities because their tools were disconnected. Agents were using one system for CRM, another for eSignature, another for transactions, another for CMAs, another for marketing, and often still lacked a website that actually captured and organized leads. Every missed follow-up, unsigned document, slow CMA, or scattered transaction task created friction — and in real estate, friction costs deals. The goal with RealtyPass was to build one connected platform that helps agents, teams, transaction coordinators, and brokerages manage the entire business from first lead to signed closing documents. What started as a simple idea to streamline transaction management evolved into a full real estate operating system: lead-generating IDX websites, CRM, automated follow-up, CMAs, eSignature, virtual staging, listing marketing, AI workflows, transaction coordination, and more. The product has been shaped by feedback from thousands of real estate professionals, and that has been the most valuable part of the process. RealtyPass was built with agents, for agents — to save time, reduce software costs, and help real estate professionals run a more organized, modern, and profitable business.

How does the automation handle lead routing when multiple agents on a team claim the same contact at the same time?

Hey there...great question! We have a "MyLeads" and a "Lead Pool" system. Leads generated from personal agent websites go to that agents' MyLeads bucket. Those that are from the company website or outside brokerages can get placed on the "Lead Pool" system for someone else to "Accept" for the stated referral fee (based on Lead heat-score/quality). We are in process for implementing a new feature to allow Team Leaders the ability to "round robin" leads generated by the lead to their teammates as well, but that isn't implemented yet since we don't have that issue/request yet. Hope this helps answer your question. If not, please let me know.

How does the pricing actually scale for solo agents versus a full brokerage team, and are there any hidden fees for the automation features once you outgrow the basic tier?
