RealRecruit is the first all-in-one recruiting platform built specifically for track and field. Other platforms like NCSA are too general and focus on many sports at once, decreasing the quality of specific sports like track. RealRecruit allows you to input your times/preferences and see what divisions fit you best, where you would actively rank on a college roster, your scholarship potential, and even personalized college choices with the best fits option. I built RealRecruit after going through the college recruiting process myself as a track & field athlete and realizing how broken it was. Finding the right fit academically and athletically was confusing, expensive, and filled with guesswork. Most recruiting platforms were too generic and didn’t show athletes where they actually stood. Track & field recruiting is especially numbers-driven, so I wanted to build something purpose-built for the sport. RealRecruit uses AI to analyze performance data and real college rosters to help athletes find schools where they truly fit and have a real chance to be recruited and earn scholarships. As the product evolved, it became clear that discovery wasn’t enough. Outreach is one of the biggest challenges for busy high school athletes, so I built tools that help athletes contact coaches at scale with personalized, AI-generated emails.
