Reactor - I was tired of writing the same UI in React… so I built this

Reactor is a visual builder for React that generates real, exportable code. Build interfaces visually, structure components, and prototype screens faster than traditional coding. When you're done, export everything as clean React source code and continue working in your normal development workflow. Reactor is designed to speed up frontend development without locking developers into a proprietary environment. I’m launching this early version to gather feedback.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Gabriel, the creator of Reactor. I started building Reactor because I was frustrated with how repetitive frontend work can be when building React interfaces. Even for simple layouts, we often end up writing a lot of boilerplate UI code. Reactor is an attempt to make that process faster by allowing developers to visually compose components, layouts, and screens while still staying close to real React development. One thing that was very important to me while building this was avoiding vendor lock-in. Everything you build in Reactor can be exported as real React source code so you can continue working in your normal workflow. This is still an early version and I'm mainly looking for feedback from developers. I'm especially curious about: • Would you use a visual tool in your React workflow? • What features would make this useful in real projects? • What would stop you from using a tool like this? Thanks for checking it out and I’m happy to answer any questions here 🙌
