Every review gets sorted first: safe, negative, legal, or suspicious. Based on what it actually says, not keywords. A sarcastic 5★ still counts as negative. Only the safe ones get an auto-reply. Salty or unfair ones go straight to you, never auto-published. If it's unsure, it escalates.
