I’m Vimlan, a director of a heavy-fabrication contractor in Malaysia. For years, I watched the same problem repeat across projects: the site moves fast, important updates disappear inside Telegram and WhatsApp groups, and every evening someone rebuilds the daily report by scrolling through chat.
