Randéivu - Dating as something to read, not scroll

by
Randéivu reimagines dating as something to read, not scroll. Each member profile is a five-page magazine feature, typeset and composed like print. Humans introduce members one pair at a time. No infinite scroll, no swipe carousel. Character over checkboxes.

Hi Product Hunt, I built Randéivu for a simple reason: I was tired of being reduced to a tile in a feed, and I suspected I wasn't alone. So Randéivu treats dating as something you read, not something you scroll past. Every member's profile is a five-page magazine feature we call a FlipBook, typeset in real editorial type and composed like a print spread. You sit with a person instead of swiping past them. Behind the scenes there is no algorithm pushing volume. Humans introduce members one pair at a time. You can accept, ask for more time, or decline. It is modeled on real-world matchmaking, not the engagement loop. A few things you can explore today: the FlipBook, a four-movement compatibility study called The Deepening, and The Salon, a small literary community inside the app. It is early and deliberately slow, and I would genuinely love your honest read. Two questions if you have a moment: 1. Does "dating you read, not scroll" land for you, or sound precious? 2. What would make you trust a curated, human-introduced app over a swipe app? As a thank you, the Product Hunt community joins as Founding Members, free through February 2027. The link is above. I will be here all day answering everything.
