RadioText AI — Looking for Early Android Testers
Hi everyone!
I am Roman Eklmn (Roman Elkin), an independent developer building RadioText AI as part of Eklmn Lab. It is a free experimental Android app that turns speech from internet radio or your microphone into live captions, with Deaf and hard-of-hearing users in mind.
v18 Public Beta is available now, with a Russian or English interface, local RU/EN recognition using Vosk, caption history and experimental contest detection. The Product Hunt launch remains scheduled for November 6.

Recognition accuracy varies. Internet radio needs internet; offline microphone behavior, background notifications and 200% text scaling still need real-device testing. Contest detection is experimental and can miss announcements. This is not a stable release.
Please share your phone model, Android version, interface language, caption accuracy and readability, microphone behavior, contest alerts and any accessibility or navigation problems. Deaf and hard-of-hearing testers are especially welcome. Do not share private recordings, personal information or secrets.

Thank you for testing and helping improve the app!
