Hey PH! I'm Navya. I built Raaha because I kept watching people around me take jobs that looked fine on paper and fell apart in practice. Not because they weren't qualified. Because the job description told them nothing about whether the environment would actually work for how their brain operates. The first version was just a scoring tool. You'd paste a job description and get a fit score across seven dimensions like schedule predictability, sensory load, and communication style. But every person I talked to needed more than a number. They needed to know why something was a risk, what to ask in the interview, and how to bring up accommodations without feeling like they were asking for special treatment. So that's what it became.
