Hi Product Hunt Community - we’re excited to share with you the new Quest Components - a better way for product development teams to build frontend for their product and business applications. We built this to solve our own needs: we build Quest with Quest. And based on the feedback from early adopters, we have been updating it over the past few months. We’d love for you to try it out, let us know what you think and how we can make it better. Some key highlights: ✅ Generates clean React.js code components from your Figma designs. ✅ Built-in support for Material UI. Or you can build your own component library if you want. ✅ Pixel-perfect presentation layer generated automatically from your design. ✅ Responsive UI with automated breakpoints for multi-screen experiences based on your designs. ✅ Set up props & bindings easily to interface with your backends. ✅ Separation of concerns between presentation and business logic, so your designers and developers can iterate quickly and independently. ✅ Code Components that are extendable and can be added to your existing applications - so you can build on what you already have. ✅ Export code and drive it through your existing CI/CD pipeline - with built-in support for Next.js and Create React App. Our goal is to help you build faster without compromising on code quality or ability to customize/extend. We believe this will help companies around the world scale their dev efforts easily. We want to welcome you to the new way of building frontend. Let us know what you think! Quest Team
developing a React component is a great idea, Congratulations !
Great pitch! Generating React components out of Figma designs can be a time-consuming process but Quest makes it sound so easy. This is indeed a valuable tool. Good luck and congrats on the launch!
Thank you! Ya we feel like this can change how frontend gets built.
Thank you Fares.
Thanks Kate. Appreciate the support.
Congrats! Do I have to refactor the React code before I use it or is it production-ready?
Thank you. The code that's generated is fully production-ready. We also have different export options to make sure it fits any development workflow and framework. So its as easy as generate and drop it into your source control -- and it will get built for production.
Thanks Scott. Great question. The code for the presentation layer is production-ready and you can drop it into your source control directly. In addition, we give you stub hooks where you can add your own custom code.
Interesting! Curious to try.
Excellent! We'd be happy to provide our concierge onboarding service to help you get started. Connect with us after you sign-up.
let us know what you think once you do! You can chat with us on our Discord linked on our website . Love chatting with new users!
I love it keep it up 👍
Thank you Ron.
Thanks for the love Ron
Thank you for creating such clear and necessary things! How much does it cost for a team to use the service?
Thank you Diana. Our team plans start at $299/month, which includes 10 team members. Individual plans are $49/mo per user. You can find more details at
as we just launched this product we’re always looking for feedback on pricing. Let us know!
Generating components from Figma designs sounds too good to be true. I'm really curious to hear long-term experiences.
Thank you for the support. In the mid to long term, we intend to enable more frameworks like Vue, Angular, and maybe Svelte. Also, potentially support for specific verticals based on our customer interest. At a high level, our goal is to empower product development teams to build anything they want faster and with higher quality.
We recommend you take it for a spin. We've faced the pain first hand and we built this product to solve a very prevalent problem. We use it internally and absolutely love it. We're sure you will too!
There’s a risk free trial as well so no excuse not to give it a try ;)
Sounds good. What about React Native?
But do I understand correctly that the trial does not enable to generate for actual use or what is the limitation?
Great launch 🚀! I love the idea.
Thank you Colin
Thanks Colin
Recommending this to all the front-end developers in my community. All the best 👌
Appreciate that!!
Awesome! Thank you Amartya. Happy to do a webinar for your community. Reach out to me if that helps.
Front-end engineers and Designers will love this! Congrats
Great to hear that! Thank you Sareddy.
Thank you Sareddy. Feel the same way!
Looks great and exciting, very interested to see the impact this has on future development strategies! Also interested in future support for other UI frameworks like Angular and Vue!
Thanks Matt. We believe this product will transform front end development. Support for other frameworks like Angular, Vue and Svelte is in our roadmap. So stay tuned!
we’re definitely planning those ;)
