Coaches: where does your program actually live right now?

Most coaches I talk to sell a program (for example: a 6-week reset, a 90-day package), but the program itself ends up spread across Google Docs, a Drive folder of worksheets and a lot of "did you get my email?"

Before QueryCoach launches on Product Hunt tomorrow, I'm curious:
