What public feedback sources do you check before roadmap decisions?
by•
I’m building PulseBot, an AI product feedback intelligence tool for SaaS teams.
One thing I’m trying to understand better:
before founders or PMs make roadmap decisions, which public feedback sources are actually useful?
Examples:
- Product Hunt comments
- G2 or Capterra reviews
- Reddit or community threads
- competitor changelog comments
- support-style complaints in public
- social posts from frustrated users
I’m especially interested in which signals feel trustworthy enough to influence product discovery, positioning, or roadmap discussions.
