I’m Dmitry, founder of MvpPro.
We built Proposal Tracker because we kept running into the same problem in our own sales process: after sending a proposal, we had almost no visibility.
A prospect could open it, read the pricing section, come back to it three times, share it internally — and we would still be following up based mostly on guesswork.
So we built an internal tool first.
The idea was simple: give sales teams a clearer signal after the proposal is sent.
Proposal Tracker helps you see:
— whether a proposal was opened
— how long someone spent with it
— which sections they viewed
— whether they reached pricing
— when they came back to it
— when the timing is better for a follow-up
It is not meant to replace a CRM. It sits in the blind spot between “proposal sent” and “client replied.”
