As someone who has spent many years running a web development agency, I regularly saw how difficult it was for companies to clearly define what they needed before asking vendors for proposals. Many RFPs or project briefs were incomplete, vague, or inconsistent, which often led to misunderstandings, unrealistic expectations, and proposals that were hard to compare. The main problem was the lack of structure in how organizations define project requirements. Businesses often start with a blank document and struggle to think through all the technical, operational, and strategic details needed for vendors to give accurate proposals. This results in unclear scopes, scope creep, and inefficient procurement processes. I approached the problem by building a guided system where users answer structured questions organized by sections such as project scope, integrations, infrastructure, security, and performance. Instead of writing everything manually, the platform helps users think through the important details step by step and automatically organizes their answers into a structured RFP or project brief that can be exported and shared with vendors.
