The feature clients notice first: reviewing work with zero login

Didn't expect this to be the standout feature, but it is. Clients get a link, open it, comment and approve. No account, no password.

Turns out the biggest adoption blocker for review tools isn't the tool, it's asking a busy client to sign up for one more thing.
For anyone managing client work: how much friction do your clients tolerate before they just go back to email?

From the receiving end, the answer is one click. Anything with a password gets postponed to later, and later means tomorrow, by which point the cut has moved on anyway. The thing I would think about next is that a link with no account also leaves the approval with no name on it, which is the half you said matters.
