Hey everyone, I built this project called proof. I've always been into collecting, from baseball cards to Pokémon to Yu-Gi-Oh, and later digital collectibles like NBA Top Shot. I chased rare cards, opened packs, and tried to build a collection that I could show off.

Eventually, I started wondering, with the popularity of cameras and the emergence of AI vision capabilities, what it would look like if you could collect your own life. LLMs have been trained on a massive distribution of images across the internet, and most of what they see looks the same: perfect brunches, coffee pics, sunsets, and typical selfies. I wanted to flip that. In the app, the camera values what's unique and what stands out from everything these large models have seen before. Just like chasing rare cards except it’s for your own moments. And of course, each moment comes with its own cool traits.

Instead of asking, is this Instagram worthy, you can ask yourself, is this rare? Think of it like a game to break the LLM’s view of "normal".
