Do you reuse AI prompts, or rebuild them every time?

I noticed that many people start from a blank chat for the same recurring work tasks. The result is usually inconsistent because the role, audience, constraints, source material, and output format change from one attempt to the next.

A simple workflow that has worked better for me is:

1. Define the professional role and real goal.

2. Add only the context needed for that task.

3. State the constraints and what must be avoided.

4. Specify the exact output structure.

5. Save the successful version as a reusable workflow.
