ProductPlan Product Roadmap Software - Easiest way to plan, visualize, & share your product roadmap

We use it heavily to make everyone aware of current deliverables, their status, etc.

Pros:

Easy to use, easy to share, visibility of all projects in development, release date visibility, quarterly planning

Cons:

Ability to understand dependencies better, as well as other markers for things like risk

Our team (~19 users) has been using productplan for about 1 year. great for product managers and all of our company. integration with slack provides real-time updates to subscribers to the slack channel. could use more control over the items sent to slack so small changes or comments are not included.

Pros:

Very responsive support. Continuous upgrades and openness to consider my feature requests. Great integrations.

Cons:

start bulk pricing at a lower number of users.

I was very unsure of ProductPlan at first having previously used a custom built solution in my last position. Now, having used the product for nearly 9 months, I can't imagine going back to other products I've used in the past. It's easy to navigate, thoughtfully laid out, and nearly everything, from your legend to your timeline, can be customized based on your workflow. The ability to customize the roadmap before exporting it is one of my favorite features as is the Jira integration which I just started using a couple of months ago. The planning board is a very useful feature as well because it enables PMs to make data driven decisions when prioritizing a feature list.

Pros:
