It can take up to an hour to edit just one minute of video.

The funny thing is that recording content isn't usually the hard part. Most people can talk for a few minutes, record a meeting, or capture an idea as soon as it comes to mind. The part that often stops people isn't creating. It's knowing they'll have to spend hours editing a few minutes of content.

At first, we thought our biggest challenge was finding ideas for content. But over time, we realized that editing was the real pain...

Editing and firstly detecting the right tools indeed takes a lot of time in my case also to combine screen recordings with AI generated speech as I don't like so to do both live, also another impediment is the fact that sometimes the potential viewers are too few for technical videos on QA manual testing using AI assisted platform subjects.

For me it's not coming up with ideas, it's finding enough time to edit everything. If I could reduce that step, I'd probably post much more often.

Consistency is great, but I think the hardest part of posting consistently is having sharp, specific points you genuinely want to talk about.

It’s hard to show up every day and still be unique, interesting, and valuable every single time.

And for me, quality will always beat quantity.
