Absolutely LOVE the fact that there are no annoying sign-ups, popups, ads etc! Thanks for creating this, I am all about Eisenhower Matrix, and this can open new ways for those who love digital notes. I myself am a paperback gal, using the PDF from here ->https://luxafor.com/the-eisenhow..., but will definitely take a look at yours and suggest this to my fellow PMs!

@vineta_gajevska thanks for the kind words! Yes I am also a big fan of the Eisenhower Matrix. This was the first prioritization chart that I came across and it opened my eyes to a new way of working.

Disclaimer: There are no ads, no sign-ups, no pop-ups, no watermarks, no installs, no email newsletter, and everything is open-sourced and hosted on my GitHub. Hi Everyone, This is my first launch on ProductHunt and I'm really excited to introduce you to Prioritize today! In a nutshell -- this tool helps you create, visualize, and prioritize tasks on a drag and drop interface with different priority boards or matrixes. The prioritization matrixes are: - Effort / Impact - Risk / Value - Eisenhower - MoSCoW What inspired me to do this? Imagine having a big list of todos and you have no idea where to start. Priority boards are basically XY-axis charts that can help you make better decisions. I'm also a Product Manager and as such, I am responsible for gathering requirements, mitigating risks, and prioritizing the backlog. To put it simply, my role is to decide what the team works on and why. This is easier said than done, so we frequently reference prioritization matrixes--which is really helpful as a guideline, but painful to execute online. Doing this IRL is quite fun since the work consisted of whiteboarding with sticky notes and sharpies. But given the COVID-19 situation and everyone working from home, replicating a similar experience online turned out to be a nightmare. I ended up scouring the internet in search of a simple tool that can help me visualize tasks on different charts, but I was unable to find any. Then my engineering brain started kicking in. I became frustrated enough with manually recreating charts and tasks on Google Draw and wanted to scratch my own itch, so I developed a prototype that came to be known as Prioritize. What started off as an internal app for visualizing tasks on different quadrants became much more meaningful as my team found value from using this and quickly adopted it. So I figured that if this is useful for my team, then it might be useful for you, too. I'd love to hear your feedback! Cheers, Songtham P.S. this is best experienced in Desktop. While you can use Prioritize on your phone, the UX is not as good. The drag-and-drop library that I use doesn't have mobile touch capability, so I quickly found a plugin that enables this to some degree.
