Hi everyone 👋 I built PrintRealSize because I kept needing to cut stencils and foam templates larger than the printer I own could handle and every "poster tiling" tool I found was missing some features. How it works: drop in an image, click two points and tell it the real distance between them (or just type the size you want), pick your paper size, and it exports a print-ready PDF split into tiles with overlap and alignment marks, ready to trim and glue. Everything runs client-side. Your image never leaves your browser. It's free, no account needed. Would love feedback, especially from anyone doing stencils, sign-making, cosplay templates, or foam/CNC prep. What's missing for your use case ?
