Turn your calls into a podcast with Granola + Cursor + Claude
Iām convinced more people should be building their own tools even if they aren't perfect!
Building software has an advantage to other industries: you can iterate on the go, and things don't fall apart.
You just need to know the problem, and be willing to put some effort.
I'll give you an example I built last week:
Weekly calls -> Podcast-style recap about your week.
I built a tool that turns my weekly calls into a podcast-style audio recap every Friday.
I solved my own "information overload" problem using Granola, Claude, and Cursor.
And I did it all for $0 š«¶.
How does it work?
ā³ Granola records the meetings.
ā³ Claude exports the notes to GitHub.
ā³ Cursor helps me maintain a simple "memory file."
ā³ Slack delivers the final audio every Friday.
Here's a video walkthrough in case it helps anyone in this community.
You don't need to have a technical background to build š.
I spent 10 years running an events agency before co-founding Pretty Prompt. If I can wire this together, you can definitely build your own version too.
If you've built something that really changed your workflow please share it below!!!
