Portea - Digital access control for residential complexes in Colombia

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Kevin here, co-founder of Portea. Santiago and I built this because we lived the problem. I was a resident in a complex in Medellín where every visitor meant a phone call, every package was a mystery, and the security logbook was a notebook from 2019 with handwriting nobody could read. The tech existed to fix it. Nobody had built it right for the Colombian market. So we did. Portea replaces the entire traditional front desk operation with a single app: visitors enter with a QR the resident generates in one tap, packages arrive with a photo notification, amenity reservations happen without calling anyone, and the administrator finally has real traceability of who enters and leaves. No hardware. No long contracts. Ten minutes for a security guard to learn the system. We're launching our founder program today, the first 10 residential complexes in Medellín get six months completely free. Three have already joined.
