Ponyrider - Time tracking, capacity planning, and billing in one place

Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built Ponyrider for service-based teams that manage work through time: agencies, consultancies, IT services and professional services teams. A lot of these teams start with spreadsheets or simple time tracking tools. That works for a while, but as the team grows, it becomes harder to answer basic questions like: Who is available? Which projects are taking more time than planned? What work is coming up? Are timesheets ready for billing? Ponyrider brings timesheets, resourcing, forecasting and billing data into one place. Teams can track time, plan upcoming work, see utilisation and sync approved timesheets with their accounting system for more accurate invoicing. We're launching here to get feedback from founders, operators, project leads and service teams.
