I looked at this before but got stuck with the pricing. Our team of 12 people would have to pay over $2,300 per annum. For SAAS, we look at 10y cost of ownership, thus $23,000. It's not unusual, but it makes the decision difficult.
@paddy I haven't checked this out yet, but I'd use the metric of what's the return vs what's the cost. $16 per person seems like a small price to pay to be more effective, close more deals, and streamline a process.
@paddy so far all of our pilot teams have found the value well worth the money - as @alexputici suggests the cost of $16/mo per person is more than made back from the increased output/productivity of using Polymail.
Of course, I'd love for you to try it with your team and hear what you think! Also, feel free to email me at foo@polymail.io - we can do custom discounts for slightly larger teams like yours. 😉
From sharing emails to getting read receipts on emails I send out, Polymail offers exactly what I need when and where I need it without the cluttered feature creep you find in every other robust mail app.
This is my all time favorite app. FINALLY an app that does outreach, campaigns, templates, 0-inbox.. and now teams. I've tried them all. What I like most is how minimal and lightweight this application is. Great jobs Brandon and team, love Polymail !
Wooooo! Polymail team back at it again! Love this new tool! Super useful features for larger teams. I LOVE message templates and multiple/bulk emailing. Amazing job!

I've been using @polymailapp for a year. I signed up because it was the only standalone app I could find that offer "Return if no reply" functionality. The only other providers do this through gmail on a browser or using BCC codes. Shortly after paying to upgrade they stripped this functionality saying they "needed to in order to make it better" (or something like that). This felt like a bait and switch, but I figured I'd be patient. Here we are over 6 months later and it's still not back! I figured they pulled it because they violated someone's patent. After reading about Polymail teams I now suspect they have no intention of bringing it back, as they are working on other less useful ubiquitous functionality. I've asked support at least 3 times and I always get stonewalled. I'm very hesitant to upgrade to this new product for fear of what key functionality they're going to rip out of it after I do.
@woodynash thanks for your feedback, Woody. First of all, I'd like to thank you for your longtime support since we were in Beta!
Second, I apologize we had to remove Follow-up Reminders before - I promise it was for good reason.
Third, you'll be happy to hear that Follow Up Reminders will indeed be returning very, very soon (this week even, perhaps? 😉) - so stay tuned!
Fourth, I can promise that we never remove or alter features unless we truly believe it in the best interest of users. Our entire reason for existence is to make you more successful at work, and sometimes that means making tough decisions and temporarily removing features that we know you love to improve them in the long-term!
Finally, you can feel free to reach me at foo@polymail.io at any time if you'd ever like to chat or ask me a question. Thanks again, and hope you have a great week!

@foolywk@polymail I wanted to reach back out and thank you for releasing the Follow Up Reminders on the mobile beta. Can't wait for its return to the desktop too.

@foolywk@polymail I appreciate you pushing out "Return if no reply" to mobile ~3 months ago, but when is it coming back to desktop?

I've been trying to find the info on the website, but couldn't find it: Does it sync with Salesforce?
