PMDesk - Manage multiple Claude Code & Codex agents on your Mac
by•
Built for FDEs, anyone who takes on client projects and manages delivery across many of them, and managers working across many projects in the terminal: one person running many projects with Claude Code and Codex. PMDesk puts every project, agent session, client document and request in one Mac window. See which agent is waiting for you, @-mention client docs, review and send comments back. Your data stays on your Mac.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm the maker of PMDesk.
I work on several client projects plus my own products, and I moved most of the work (docs, Q&A, backlog, implementation) into Claude Code and Codex. One agent per project was easy. Ten panes in one terminal was not: I couldn't tell which project a pane was, what it was doing, or whether it was waiting for me. Reading a client document also meant opening Box, finding the file and downloading it.
PMDesk is the desk I built for that. It's for FDEs, people who take on client projects, and managers running many projects from the terminal.
See every project and session in one window, with a badge when an agent is waiting for you
Type @ to search client documents and hand them to the agent
Review what the agent produced and send all your comments back at once
Your data stays on your Mac, and PMDesk includes no AI model: the agents use your own subscription. macOS (Apple silicon) only for now, and it's not a code editor.
Pricing: a one-time $49 for a lifetime license, with a free trial so you can try it first.
How many agents do you run in parallel before your review quality drops? I'd love to hear it.
