Built plaintxt for private, anonymous E2EE messaging

by

I built plaintxt because not every conversation needs an account, a phone number, an email, a real name, or a permanent record.

plaintxt is private, anonymous E2EE messaging with temporary browser-based identities and messages that expire by design.

What it does:

- no account required

- no email or phone number required

- anonymous browser-based identities

- end-to-end encrypted messages

- read messages burn

- unread messages expire

- temporary encrypted attachments

- server cannot read message contents

I’m looking for honest feedback on the first-message flow, trust, clarity, and whether the privacy value is clear.

Try it here:
